When is the payment for the booking made?
Prepayment must be made within 3 banking days from the date of invoice. It is advisable to make full payment before arrival, but it is possible to partially prepay the cost of the voucher. In case of partial prepayment, the minimum amount is 30%, the remaining amount can be paid upon arrival at the resort.
How can I make an advance payment?
You can make a payment at the resort, pay the bill at any branch of Sberbank or any other bank through an ATM or a cashier-operator (in this case, the bank's commission is charged), using the Sberbank Online service or a similar service of other banks, as well as on the official website of the resort by clicking on the link specified in the voucher-confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?
We are loyal to guests and their personal circumstances, therefore, payment in the amount of the cost of a full day on the "Wellness and Recreation" voucher is charged if the guest canceled his reservation less than a day before arrival. In case of purchase of a spa voucher or a specialized program, it is necessary to notify the sales department managers of the change of plans at least 7 days before arrival in order to avoid penalties.

General questions
How to get to the resort by public transport?
You can get there by buses № 503, 508, 512, 515, 531, 514 from the metro station "Teply Stan" to the stop "45 kilometer", then use the free transfer of the resort. The free shuttle departs at 17:00. You need to go to the parking lot in front of the Auto Parts store (opposite the Moremania store), a minibus with an advertisement for the resort or a passenger car with a sign "Krasnaya Pakhra Resort" will be waiting for you there. From the resort in the opposite direction, the transfer is carried out at 14:00. The transfer of guests is carried out every day except Sunday.
From the Podolsk station to the resort, you can get by buses No. 1024 and 1032 to the Krasnoe stop, then walk to the resort. The road will take only 10 minutes.

Are there rooms with a kitchen?
No, none of the rooms are equipped with a kitchen.
Are there kettles in the rooms?
Tea stations are presented in the rooms of the categories "Business", "Studio" and "Suite". In the rooms of other categories, tea stations are provided for an additional fee – 150 rubles per day. In addition, purifiers with hot and cold water are located on each floor of the resort complex, which guests can use free of charge at any time of the day.
Are there hair dryers in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with a stationary hairdryer.
Is there a safe in the room?
The rooms of the categories "Studio" and "Suite" are equipped with safes. In the rooms of other categories, a safe is provided for an additional fee – 150 rubles per day.
Do you provide cots for children?
Yes, on request we provide cots with a set of bed linen in the rooms. This is a free service. When booking, please indicate the need to install a cot.
Do I need a medical certificate for the pool?
To visit the pool, you need a certificate from a dermatologist. You can be examined by a dermatologist at the resort for an additional fee. The cost of the certificate is 500 rubles. For the guests staying, the registration of the certificate is provided in a complimentary manner.
Is it necessary to have a cap to visit the pool?
Yes, you definitely need a hat. If you didn't take it with you, you can buy it at the resort.
Do I need to bring a towel for the pool?
No, this is not necessary, we give towels to guests.
What is there for children?
Guests with children can use the following services:

No, pre-registration is not possible, primarily due to the fact that all procedures are prescribed only after consulting a doctor.
What should I do if I don't have a spa card and I don't have time to do it?
To get the maximum effect from the treatment, we recommend bringing a spa card with you. If this is not possible, take with you the medical history, the available conclusions of doctors and diagnostic examinations, as well as the result of a fluorographic examination. The necessary primary tests can be taken at the resort. It takes 2-3 days to get the test result. Please note that no procedures will be carried out on these days!
Is it possible to visit the resort with pets?
Yes, if the animal is not large (does not exceed 40 cm at the withers). The cost of placing a pet is 1000 rubles per day up to 10 kg., more than 10 kg. 1500 rubles per day. We draw your attention to the need to comply with the following rules:
- The animal must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about vaccinations.
- You must bring a special cage and toilet (for cats), feeding utensils, a muzzle and a leash (for dogs).
- Walking pets is allowed in specially designated areas (outside the resort).
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant hall, the aquatic center and other public areas.
- You can not leave the animals unattended, wash in the shower cabins of the rooms, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the resort, as well as comb the animals in the rooms.
The resort administration reserves the right to require a guest staying with a pet to leave the resort in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.
Are there shops and pharmacies in the resort?
No, there are no shops and pharmacy points, but there are several kiosks with essential goods and cosmetic products.
What should I do with my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
The Krasnaya Pakhra Resort has a special luggage storage room. If you have free time before check-in or after check-out, you can walk around the resort without worrying about the safety of things.
Are there any discos or karaoke for vacationers?
