Barefoot therapy

Barefooting – (from the English barefooting – "walking barefoot") is a subculture whose history goes back to ancient times, the essence of which is walking barefoot on various surfaces in any weather. While walking barefoot, the feet receive a healing and toning massage. Walking barefoot leads to a more natural gait, relieves tension in the feet and shins. In addition, barefooting has a hardening effect.

Such a simple and accessible procedure for every guest of our resort will help to establish harmony with the environment, and by acting on certain points in the feet, normalize the overall tone, improve blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.

Krasnaya Pakhra Resort recommends its guests to use a special platform for walking barefoot.
