Plenty of opportunities for sports: a 25-meter swimming pool with a dedicated road for fast swimming), a gym with basic exercise equipment, a gym! for basketball, football, etc., running/cycling paths around the complex, everything is in perfect condition. The food is quite decent, the assortment changed, on weekends there was even wine to live music).The only remark is that for some reason there was little baking in the morning and a lot at lunch / evening...it's kind of weird dietary). I liked the treatment, a lot of modern devices and technologies. I treated my knee with an orthopedist (sports injury), did ivs, mud, mineral baths and ultrasound - the knee passed. The consultations are practical, the doctors are qualified. For children (I was vacationing with my family) it's just a pioneer camp - its own cinema, sports and intellectual games (including for adults), concerts and master classes. There is really a lot of entertainment, in addition, an educator works, to whom you can take children at 9 am and go through all the medical procedures yourself. Special thanks to the manager Ekaterina for understanding and caring - she sent me a charger forgotten in the room by mail in her personal time! and thanks to animator Nastya for games and movies! I will definitely come again!
