Therapeutic massage is a set of techniques of mechanical and reflex effects on muscles, tissues, organs in the form of vibration, pressure, friction. Sessions are held on specially equipped couches. To achieve the necessary therapeutic effect, the duration of the procedure is selected individually.
Massage is performed daily or every other day, the course includes 8-10 procedures. Therapeutic effects of massage – improvement of general well-being; relief or cessation of pain in the massaged parts of the body.
Indications for use
Physical therapy is contraindicated in the absence of contact with the patient due to his severe condition or mental disorders; acute period of the disease and its progressive course; increasing cardiovascular insufficiency; atrioventricular blockade; hypertension against a satisfactory condition; frequent hyper- or hypotonic crises; bleeding and thromboembolism; anemia with a decrease in the number of red blood cells and pronounced leukocytosis.
