For strength training, we have also provided simulators with built-in weights: multi-stations, power complexes, traction and a butterfly. During the daytime, our experienced instructor conducts an introductory briefing for everyone, helps in drawing up a program to get the maximum effect from training. For the convenience of our guests in the gym there are individual lockers, bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, a cooler. The gym is open around the clock. For guests of the resort, access to the gym is a free service. For guests who do not live at the resort, one-time visits are provided, as well as season tickets.
