I want to express my gratitude to the Krasnaya Pakhra resort for a pleasant stay. Meals and rest for five.

Planning a family vacation on the "second of May", we chose the Krasnaya Pakhra resort because of the announced extensive and interesting animation program. For us, parents of two daughters aged 4 and 7, this is important. After all, I want everyone to have a rest: both children and parents. And we did not make a wrong choice! The hotel is new (since 2015), so the rooms are cozy, clean, fresh, not dusty with time and not spoiled by vacationers. The staff is friendly, attentive. But our vacation this time was "made" by the animation team. The guys are great fellows! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. And the events themselves, and props, and incentive prizes, which, as it turned out, are pleasant to receive not only for children, but also for adults! Various master classes were held in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere under the cheerful guidance and careful supervision of animators: Dmitry, Svetlana, Ekaterina, Konstantin. Moreover, the events were suitable for small children, and older, and even adults. I myself was happy to make a wonderful mouse out of clay! And my seven-year-old daughter turned out even better than me. If it weren't for the animators, the rest would be much more boring. But thanks to the work of the guys, there was no time to rest. Especially for children) Food. There is also complete order on this front. The kitchen tries to make the menu diverse. There is also a children's table. Everything is delicious. The guys-waiters tried very hard to work quickly, because the weekend turned out to be festive, the influx of guests was maximum. There are no complaints about the kitchen either. There is a small request to the management: strengthen the diet with fresh vegetables. I didn't have enough of them (tomatoes, cucumbers...). There was always chopped Chinese cabbage, of course… But eating it at breakfast, lunch and dinner is a little boring. And I don't eat pasta, for example. But this is my opinion…You can eat Chinese cabbage for three days. Territory. Well-groomed and pleasant. There is a playground, a small zoo, a volleyball court, forest hiking trails for walking. To sum up: we liked it! Thanks to everyone, especially the animators!

Many thanks to Roman Sergeevich Krasnov, orthopedist. I've been treating my ankle for so many years, thinking it's a straya injury. Not a single Moscow surgeon and orthopedist thought that it could be something else - gouty arthritis. The day before yesterday, I went with an exacerbation and passed the tests prescribed by Roman Sergeyevich, the diagnosis of Roman Sergeyevich was confirmed by the surgeon and therapist according to the results. I think that if not for his referral for tests, no doctor would have thought about the possibility of gout. A big human thank you to Roman Sergeyevich for directing my cherishing in the right direction.

We had a rest with the whole family from 04/29/17 to 05/02/17. Overall, the impression is positive. The hotel is new, beautiful, lots of entertainment, the staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a great pool! The cuisine is delicious and varied. they never stayed hungry. For a small child, there is also something to find to eat, this is a plus. The cons were only in the room. We took a suite. We were given a 250 room. It is located in the farthest wing of the building with a view of the territory, gazebos for barbecue, a tent for festive events and a little bit of the forest. It turned out that the glazing of two rooms allowed only one frame to be opened for ventilation, which was clearly not enough in the absence of working air conditioners. On our dates, they have not yet been put into operation. In a large room, I had to open and close the frame with my hands, because although the button worked, the electronic door closer itself was not fixed and lay next to the dangling wires. To open the frame, you still have to reach out, because the handle is made right under the ceiling. We drew the attention of the staff to this problem, but did not fix anything. At check-in, 2 lamps were not lit, but they were quickly changed. However, one of the sconces above the bed did not turn on, because the problem was no longer in the lamp. It didn't bother us, so we decided to leave it as it is. Finally, one day, early in the morning, water poured on the suspended ceiling in the bathtub in the large room. Approximately from 6 to 8 in the morning. The ceiling is made in the form of long panels. As a result, at the end of the flood, the water leaked a little through the panels and dripped into the bath. There is a slight deflection of the panels in this place, which may indicate that the water is not all gone yet. We informed the staff several times that they probably left the ceiling disassembly for a while after our departure. No other problems were noticed. The best rooms, as it seemed to us, with a view of the forest. There's less sun and quieter. We ask the management to pay attention to the problems and eliminate them. We liked the rest very much anyway, we recommend it!

Just returned from the Krasnaya Pakhra Resort, I want to leave a review right away. We are resting for the second time with a difference of almost a year, we were looking forward to this trip and, like last time, we were COMPLETELY DELIGHTED!!!! We noticed changes this year, but they are only for the better. Thank you very much for not standing still, but actively developing. I wish you continued prosperity!!!! I really liked the animation for children, there are no silly costumes from animators who just scare our son, everything takes place in a quiet, homely atmosphere. About the restaurant separately, THANKS to the team of chefs, the food is insanely delicious!!! There are small shortcomings in cleaning rooms, but this is a trifle!!! Correctly they say everything is known in comparison, now only to you!!! We had a rest with my husband and son of 6 years who would have been happy to stay with you, left with tears))))) P.S. I have never left a review anywhere before, but now I want to write about such a high-quality vacation and tell everyone, we adore the Red Pakhra

Nice place, lovely hotel, friendly staff. I liked the atmosphere of the resort: everyone is trying to help, the engineering and technical service is operational. The security staff is very attentive to the guests. The food is perfectly organized. There are many opportunities for recreation and sanatorium treatment. A very good medical base. Some of the most effective natural factors are used. The resort is young and promising. The end of February-the beginning of March is not the best time to relax, but the impressions are wonderful.

Rested from 21.04 to 23.04, daughter-in-law, me and a child of 7 years. Everyone is delighted, the child is happy. Everything is very tasty, the beauty is extraordinary, There is something to compare, Turkey and Egypt are a pathetic similarity. Well done!!!!!!!
