I have already published this review on https://krasnaya-pakhra-kurort.ru/reviews immediately after returning from Krasnaya Pakhra, on November 3, but for some reason there was no reaction to it. I would still very much like to convey its contents to the administration, so I repeat it here. *************************************************************************************************************************** My wife and I visited AMAKS – Krasnaya Pakhra twice: in April of this year we were there as patients of the sanatorium, and now, in early November, just as vacationers. And both times we were very satisfied (after all, we came for the second time!). You constantly feel kind to yourself, you see that people are trying and doing their job in the best way for you. Almost all of our appeals to employees met with the most friendly response (there were only two exceptions, I will tell you about them later). The rooms are very thoughtfully and conveniently equipped, clean everywhere – you can feel the conscientious work of the maids, there is a beautiful swimming pool with several hydro massage points. Attentive attitude of the medical "reception" staff (a wonderful Russian word! :)), good work of the lobby bar, well-groomed territory. Separately, we need to say about the restaurant, where we were offered a buffet three times a day. The menu is very diverse, for every taste, the quality of the dishes is excellent. Friendly, kind fellows working in the hall very quickly bring new portions of dishes that are running out, and just as quickly clean up dirty dishes, so that it does not interfere at all. And they do it so casually that their work is not even very noticeable! We tell our friends about "AMAKS – the Red Pakhra" and strongly recommend visiting it. Our impressions can be considered a solid "barrel of honey", and I appreciated the work of this institution perfectly, despite the "fly in the ointment", which, alas, were. There were even three of them. I will describe the unpleasant moments in detail – in the hope that they will be eliminated (fortunately, it literally costs nothing to do this). Firstly, it is very unpleasant (and a more emotional person will say humiliating) the procedure of the so-called room delivery, when the maid counts the towels and unfolds the beds to make sure that the guests are not trying to steal the sheet. We have already refused "change" almost everywhere (including in the hotel "Amaks" of another city that we recently visited; I deliberately do not name this city, because it is normal and natural to do without "change", and to do as in "Krasnaya Pakhra" is wrong and ugly). In foreign countries, where I have been, I have never heard of such a practice. Not only is the procedure unethical, it is also meaningless: it will not be difficult for a thieving guest to get his hands on something as soon as the door closes behind the maid. Secondly, after the offer to register online came by e-mail ("you will save time when checking in"), we did it and arrived an hour earlier than required – until there were a lot of people. When the check-in started at 17 o'clock, there was a long queue at the reception (as it turned out, for about 40 minutes). The queue was mixed with those who had just arrived, and those who, like us, had already been issued, paid the required amount and who only had to get a key card. The time spent on the full registration and issuance of the card is incomparable. All the arguments in the spirit of the fact that people should be distributed in two queues (fortunately, three employees were working with us at that moment) did not produce the slightest effect, we were coldly answered: "In the order of the general queue!". And this despite the fact that it was so easy to do everything "according to the mind", it did not require any effort, you just had to mentally put yourself in the place of people who tried to "save time"! Thirdly, in April, we did not yet know all the details of the tax deduction procedure and did not receive all the necessary papers for it. Today, before leaving, we asked them to retroactively issue them, because we knew that the database remembers all the details of our April stay without exception (for example, on the second visit, it instantly became clear which drug I was given inhalations in the spring); therefore, we did not bring anything from the one issued to us in April with us. But the administrator, Alla, said – as she cut off – that she would not do anything without presenting checks. No attempts to prove the apparent senselessness of this requirement and to shake her inflexibility were successful: without reacting to my words, she took care of the next guest who came up. For the senior administrator, who came later, the absence of checks was no problem, we received the necessary documents exactly after that time. which was required for their manufacture. We would be happy to come again, but we don't want to face annoying minor (and easily removable) troubles again!

I had a rest in a sanatorium in September - October 2022 and will come back again, definitely (if there are places) for my dates An ideal place for rest, treatment and full recovery of strength and the body as a whole! The reception is in perfect order, check-in takes place starting at 17 o'clock, takes no more than 12 minutes. The staff is friendly and from the first minutes you understand - you have chosen the right place. 3. On the day of check-in, that is, at 17-15 (if you wish, you can choose procedures for the period of stay), we approach the medical reception No. 1. All the girls are charming, cute and calm, orientate in great detail in the programs, quickly distribute the arrivals on vacation. They are very attentive to the elderly staff (the sanatorium is aimed at any age, families with children) I personally observed how they helped an elderly woman to sit down and get up from the sofa. This is important and this is probably the norm ! Well done! I changed my procedures a hundred times, tortured everything, but they always treated me with understanding (Nadia, thank you) 4. After receiving the keys to the room, we go to our accommodation - ideally, nothing is shuffled, not killed, not broken, new rooms in a modern style, perfectly clean (I checked with a napkin). the balconies are open, the rooms are all with views of the forest and walking areas. The sound insulation is excellent. The bed linen is White, the beds are huge and very comfortable (the studio room was 541 with two balconies) soft white towels, bathrobes, slippers - everything is there. The mini-bar is good with very adequate prices. The maids are just sweet, polite, fast, friendly. Thanks for the cleanliness! 5. On the day of arrival, you have time, of course, for the most important and sacred thing is Dinner. :)) on weekends, it takes place under the saxophone or violin playing (they also play for breakfast on weekends) in a large restaurant on the 3rd floor! The restaurant is large, there were no queues. Very clean, the waiters are attentive and also understanding (I watched more than once how the guy helped my grandmother to lay dishes and took them to her table, then brought compote and asked if there was anything else to bring). This is important! The tables are removed from the dishes during the time, the waiters clearly monitor the consumption of dishes in the hall, immediately bring more. no one is standing over your soul if you are late and came 5 minutes before the end of breakfast (thank you for your understanding) About the menu - really diverse, delicious, probably for every taste (although people are different) For breakfast for those who do not take care of themselves :) there 's even bacon ! Caesar was cooked, very tasty! salads and fresh vegetables and fruits, white and red wine (on weekends, I probably don't know for sure, I don't drink, I just saw) there are always two meats and fish (baked chum salmon, lightly salted trout, delicious layers for sandwiches or just with potatoes) fish cutlets, diet cutlets and beef, baked vegetables and all kinds of pastries, fruit drinks and water with citrus fruits, dairy products. Fruits - apples, grapefruits, oranges, pineapples. I'm sure everyone will find something that will be delicious for real! 6. And on the same day you have time to go to the pool - it's cool, clean, warm, cozy, with bubbling streams on the sides and a fountain for the back. The children's pool is cool, you can play ball and proto sit under the bubbling fountain. The sauna is hot, comfortable and spacious! 7. Having a great sleep until 7 in the morning, you can start the day with a jog (I did that) the territory is large, clean and cozy. Slides for children, benches and exercise equipment, just do it! And then be sure to go to Victoria's physical therapy coach at 9:00, then you can continue to stay at 10:00 for Pilates - charming, polite, not indifferent and very competent. She is careful and sees the possibilities of everyone, actively participates in everyone's occupation! A very positive person! thanks to the management for the right people. 8. Massage - everyone goes to rest for it :) and there is someone who will do it Very Well! People with "seeing hands" - Irina and Alexey, I got to them, but I'm sure all the masseurs are good (my friend the notary assistant was with other masseurs - she was also satisfied). I had a problem with my back, massaged, passed through the points - everything is gone! surprised!!! Very professional massage, they know the anatomy and clearly see the back, where and what are the difficult moments, they say the root cause of where the legs grow (this is important!!!) 9. I liked cosmetic procedures, I did a spa complex on the face and body - qualitatively, pleasantly and even with a good result from one time. The girls are well done, detailed professional advice, advise only what is actually suitable, and not what is the most expensive, as often happens these days. 10. Animation is diverse (they sing romances, dance on stage, accordion players play, films are shown, karaoke) it probably depends on the arrival and people who are ready to rest. The disco in the lobby is going on, dynamically! on my departure, the night before there was such a dance that the legs themselves danced)) Children are entertained with active games and intellectual, a good children's program (read), I don't know what's going on in the nursery, I didn't go in (thank God I had a rest without children :)), but I'm sure it's great there too! Many thanks to the management for the modern high-quality network of new Istra sanatoriums. I do not know where the stars come from, but there should definitely be five of them. Thank you for your hostly approach and discipline in the staff. The room has everything you need (if you have an economy option, then there is no bathrobe and kettle). Everything is clean and tidy, linen is often changed. A lot of medical procedures, we enjoyed it. Holidays with children are possible. The staff is polite and considerate. The pool can be visited without restrictions (you do not need to carry a towel with you). There is a gym, there are exercise machines on the street. The restaurant is a little cramped, but there are always places. Buffet, varied menu. It was delicious. Nuance: I would recommend giving up semi-finished products (pancakes with stuffing, baskets for cakes ...- dry and not tasty) and changing the supplier of buns (very similar and not the first freshness). There is a TV in the restaurant: I would change the "picture" to natural landscapes, in combination with music it would be good (crazy current cartoons do not contribute to digestion, it is not possible to watch and it is a pity for children). The territory is clean, well-groomed. The building is one, including when switching from procedures to a meal, there is no need to go outside. In general, we liked it, I would like to come again. Good afternoon! We were vacationing with my husband and 3-year-old daughter in mid-May 2022. We really liked it! We hope that we will be able to come for a longer period of time. We didn't have time to take a walk in the forest due to the weather and fully enjoy the territory). It's really interesting for children. Animation really wasn't always daytime. My daughter was just waiting for a children's disco. It is not the first time that visitors have said that there used to be a busy program. But I think it's a matter of weather. In sunny weather, we wouldn't even notice it, as we would be walking. By the way, we never caught Pilates and aqua aerobics. We took a trip with treatment. I am very understanding of children. We were even able to add procedures by adjusting the schedule of who will be with my daughter). Thank you))) I especially liked Irina's massage. Straight relaxing. I came to her once after "negotiations" with the child. Very "good-natured", and came out straight fluttering! Real relaxation. From the wishes, I would really like a warmer pool. Even the problem is not in the water itself, but in the cold in the pool room. While you're walking from the shower to the pool, you're freezing. The child was wrapped in a towel. It's good, at least it's warm in the children's pool. But you also need to get out of it. And the child still needs to be persuaded to dive out of the water. It is clear that May is not cold for the weather, but it is a very tempering pool. We were there for a week and in the last 2 days we didn't even go to it. The child really liked cocoa. Without warblers) I am very upset that only for dinner and breakfast, and then I probably drank it all the time. And immune tea in the morning! Mmm, delicious. And lots of fish. Fish was even occasionally on the children's menu, without pits. It tasted even better than meat to my taste. I especially liked the "golden" fish. I don't know what kind of fish, but my daughter ate right with pleasure. We tried a piece with Dad, too. Yummy! Thank you for the rest! You have a wonderful staff. Good afternoon! We rested in Krasnaya Pakhra from December 15 to December 17, 2021. There is a guarded Parking on the territory, there are quite a lot of places. To unload things, you can drive directly to the main entrance. Reviews often write that the settlement takes quite a long time, I think if you check in for the weekend you need to take this into account. We checked in on a weekday and around 19 o'clock, so we were the only ones checking in and everything went quickly. We were settled in room 433 (standard with balcony), everything was clean in the room, the furniture was not killed. There were three towels for each guest (small, large bath and foot towels), soap at the sink and in the shower dispensers. Upon check-in, the room was cool (apparently, while the room is empty, the heating is reduced to a minimum), it warmed up only the next day. According to the number, there are several shortcomings that caught my eye: the front door creaks and there was no bead in the window above the balcony door and it is cracked. Impressions about the restaurant. The tables are quite tight, but you can find a place to comfortably accommodate. The buffet menu is varied, you can find something to eat, quite a lot of pastries and sweets. There are a lot of high chairs, enough for everyone. The children's menu is ordered separately through the waiters, brought separately in portions. But you can also find something to feed the child from the common table. What seemed inconvenient: There were no mugs next to the cocoa, only tureens. Therefore, either go for a mug, or drink cocoa from a tureen)) Televisions in the halls, in my opinion, are unnecessary, especially since they work without sound and only distract, and adult channels even frighten children (for example, soldiers of fortune and rambo are somehow not very suitable for eating, especially for children). Background music is quite enough. Swimming pool. You can visit without restrictions and by appointment, this is a definite plus. A hat and slippers are required for visiting. The pool is in good condition, all the tiles are in place, there were enough sun loungers for everyone. Now, what can be improved in the pool))): First of all, start with the locker rooms. They are frankly small, the lockers are not very comfortable and the electronic locks are already not working well. There is only a rain shower in the showers. For adults, this is normal, but it will definitely not work out fine to wash the child, there is not enough watering can, at least in a couple of booths. There is not enough toilet in the common room of the pool, there is only in the shower. Again, an inconvenience when visiting the pool with children. The remains of two thermometers hung in the steam room. Hang at least one, but it works! and a hygrometer will also not be superfluous)). Gym equipment (balls) are given out for free at the main reception (just keep this in mind so as not to run back and forth from the gym). The rest of the inventory is for an additional fee (sleds, buns, ice cubes). In general, I liked the rest, a huge plus for the winter that everything is in one building. You only need to get dressed for a walk.

With a very decent general organization of services and high-quality food, deviations to the right and left cannot but attract attention. The most important problem here is communication. No WiFi- while I was looking for a website, I tried to write a review, I had to register on the network and reconnect twice. Combine work with rest without options will not work. The problem of communication is treated philosophically here - restart the phone. Yeah, yeah, it doesn't work. Here they do not attach importance to the visualization of services and related marketing. I expected, following the example of other hotels with a medical base, to find a price list in the room, but I can't find it anywhere except at the medical reception. Inconvenient. Often the decision about the service is made without leaving the room. Surprisingly, there is nowhere a plan of the layout of the halls where different classes are held and to which there is a constant link. The first day is spent searching. There are no signs. There are signs on the open doors, that is, you still have to go around all the open doors and still find your own, all on different floors. Sunday evening turned out to be empty in terms of adult entertainment. It happens of course. Perhaps on this day there is a decrease in the flow of vacationers. Apparently for the same reason, the repair suddenly turned out to be the most convenient passage to the restaurant on Sunday. The reception downstairs is a horror. The girls are nice, polite. But there are always huge queues. Registration is very slow. Somehow this problem needs to be solved, because through these girls there is also an additional service like bicycle rental. At the same time, I repeat that in general it is very decent, especially in the price and service category. Get ready to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city with the lack of communication and extra time spent in an empty place - we are out of the habit of all this in the dynamics of a big city, when every minute counts. I'd bet four.

A very good chicken. I am currently on a rehabilitation program after covid. The procedures are not poorly chosen. It's a pity that there is no pressure chamber in the program, I had to buy several sessions myself. It would be possible to eliminate useless aromatherapy and replace it with a pressure chamber. For such a program, breathing exercises are important, it would be worth including at least one lesson to set the correct technique. Or to organize a group program. Again, I had to buy extra. If you position this program as a rehabilitation program. Breathing exercises are very important. A little criticism, excellent equipment of the medical center, generally competent and polite staff. But the requirement to take disposable sheets after visiting the speleocamera and re-use them is something unimaginable. Are you saving 20 rubles???. It would seem a trifle, but spoils all the impression!!!. This is the sevis level, and there are no trifles in it. Or is it the arbitrariness of the staff? The food is very tasty, again, if you focus on dietary nutrition, from it for breakfast only oatmeal porridge on water and virtually everything. The same porridge for dinner plus one type of steamed vegetables and one type of meat. This is not enough for a rehabilitation program. Rooms and cleaning correspond to the class of the hotel, everything is at a high level. Well-groomed clean territory. In general, everything is at a high level.
