Many thanks to the staff of the Krasnaya Pakhra resort for the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and comfort! We visited for the first time and were positively impressed by the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff, the comfortable atmosphere in the hotel, delicious food and drinks. Absolutely everything: cleaners, bartenders, waiters and administrators were always greeted with a smile and were ready to help. If possible, we will definitely come back to you with a more complete composition - already with children :) Good luck to you all and prosperity!!!

I rarely write reviews, but then I really wanted to share my impressions. We had a rest with our family - with my husband and my son. We chose a place for a long time, because we wanted to spend time with the whole family, but my husband has few free days, so there was no talk about any foreign country. At first, the reviews were alerted and I was very worried that we would arrive and the rest would be spoiled. But no! Everything was wonderful. A large parking lot in a closed area, they settled in 15-20 minutes, although many complained, but personally I know that this is a normal check-in time, especially since there were a lot of people. We had a Business room- great, cozy, new furniture, and the view from the window was crazy. I have read a lot of reviews about food, which is poor, tasteless. We liked absolutely everything! Insanely many things! And baking ... mmm ... even my son, who is very difficult to feed, ate perfectly, and it's worth a lot!!! We went to the pool - just a fairy tale! For children there is a separate, heated. And my husband also checked out the sauna and a bucket of cold water! The territory here is very beautiful, and we also arrived when it was snowing! Just a winter fairy tale! The paths have been cleared to the asphalt! It can be seen that the employees are working, and not cooling off! On weekends, there is cool animation for adults, and bands, theater, disco with contests perform. We watched the announcement- every weekend a new theme of parties is just cool! We also went to entertainment for children. Ruslan was busy for half a day. Then he brought crafts and just enthusiastically talked about the super heroes who played with them there. For animation, you can put a solid five straight! Yes, as many write, the contingent here is family, there is a retirement age and occasionally you will meet young couples. But if the purpose of your visit was to take a break from the city, cars, fuss, then krasnaya Pakhra is a great place! Pensioners are probably on treatment here. We didn't use it, but we looked at the price list- we will definitely come here with our parents! It can be concluded that negative reviews are written by people who initially drove with a bad mood and did not want to rest! We had a great mood and had a great rest! I repeat, we will definitely come again and take our parents with us!!! We want to say thank you to all the staff!!! Keep your brand great. Good luck to you further!

We rested at the Krasnaya Pakhra resort, it's not the first time we rest, and I hope it won't be the last, because when we leave, we plan every time when we come back again. I really want to thank all the staff of the resort from the management, administration and information and advertising department (special thanks for a competent, clear specialist) and to the cooks, maids, gardeners and of course dear medical workers are just great!!! Thank you all! 1. Restaurant. At the height! Very tasty, varied, clean, dishes, napkins, distribution tables in perfect condition. 2. Swimming pool. Amazing. Comfortable temperature, cleanliness in the changing rooms and in the sauna and the pool itself. However, some visitors happen to come in without hats. We even got to aquaerobics very much, the instructor 3. Rooms. Everything is very clean, comfortable mattresses, pillows, warm light blankets. Everything is fine. 4. Territory . Convenient, comfortable, very clean and beautiful, touched the houses with dwarfs. It's good that the territory has been expanded, there are places of rest. Wonderful! Reception is a clear, well-coordinated, fast work. Well done! As a result, we had a wonderful rest, relaxed, slept, swam, and had a delicious meal. What else does a person need for happiness))) Be at the same height and we will come again and again, regardless of the price)))

A great place if you want to spend it alone with yourself or get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good breakfast and excellent well-groomed territory, cleanliness in the rooms, friendly staff, swimming pool and spa treatments!

I come to the sanatorium for the third year. A great place to relax.Clean, cozy, comfortable.Strong medical base, good nutrition, the whole day is full of events-well done! I want to come here again! Thanks to all the staff, a low bow for your work!

Good time of day! The holiday at the resort exceeded all my expectations! Everything is calculated to the smallest detail for a good, relaxing, active holiday, a choice for vacationers! Of course there are little things that just can't help but be, but these are little things))) The room is magnificent, the food is top-notch, a little, but everything is there! I was very surprised that there is porridge on the water, milk is nearby, pozhta, who wants to! Such a service in Russia, very nice)

We went in November 2018. together with my mother for 7 nights with treatment. We were satisfied, although my mother is a very picky person. Booked by phone directly at the hotel (it turned out cheaper than Booking). We lived in a loft studio with a view of the forest. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable beds, there is a coffee maker, tea, sugar, bottled water, cups, glasses. All the locations of the hotel are under one roof, which is a big plus, especially in the autumn-winter period. Nice large swimming pool with warm water and sauna. There is a lot of entertainment during the day, both for children and adults. 3-course meals buffet. Delicious, varied (there were always fish, meat, salads, several types of soups for lunch, porridge for breakfast and dinner). They always left well-fed, there were no stomach problems. The hotel has a beautiful, though not a large territory. We walked with great pleasure. Thanks to all the staff of the Resort for the attention and organization of our holiday! I would especially like to mention Ernest (the main reception), Ulyana (the medical reception) and all the staff at the procedures, who tries to go to the meeting for the whole huge flow of people being treated.

We just had a wonderful rest at this hotel. And I think that literally every vacationer will find something interesting for himself in this hotel. In principle, there are a lot of people and absolutely different ages resting here. In the main restaurant, the food was quite varied and delicious. I especially want to mention the delicious desserts and show dishes. Everything is very professionally prepared! Everything was decent in the room, the cleaning was timely. New furniture. In recent years, we have been constantly coming to relax in the suburbs from the hustle and bustle of the city, but we always stop in different places. This resort was visited for the first time and I want to come back again. Huge thanks to all the service staff. We will definitely come again and advise all our friends.

The rest turned out to be excellent, food, entertainment and service at a high altitude. I will note the violin concert, musical evenings, movies - I did not have to be bored. The medical program is decent, but there is a significant nuance: the time of the procedure may change without warning. A massage prescribed according to the printout for 10-20 can independently jump to 10-10 with a corresponding reduction in the time of the procedure, the staff has no reasonable explanation for these miracles - they refer to software failures.

We rested at the resort for the first time, came for spring break with two children. Very quickly settled in the room of the selected category. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. For every taste, you will definitely not stay hungry. Children constantly ran to the MK, especially the youngest, this is her topic))). Despite the large number of vacationers, they always swam comfortably in the pool, there was no jostling. The children didn't want to leave it. Separately, I want to thank Director Sergey Gennadievich for resolving the current problem - quickly, in favor of the guest. It's nice.
