We would like to express our gratitude to all the hotel staff for a perfectly organized vacation with treatment! First of all, we thank manager Ekaterina for her advice and assistance when booking vouchers. Quick registration upon arrival, a wonderful suite in a quiet wing - everything is wonderful. The work of restaurant employees we have already noted in the book of reviews, once again I would like to say that the youth work is wonderful, the waitresses are simply heroic, coped with huge loads during the stay at the resort of a large number of vacationers with children. Once again we would like to thank the restaurant staff Oleg and Dmitry for their sensitivity, attention and positive attitude! All medical staff are attentive and professional, the prescribed procedures clearly benefited and gave pleasure). In short, we were very satisfied with the rest, thanks again to everyone! We rested with the child from January 6 to January 10. There are no questions about the reception. But the rest-alas! There is one animation program hanging on the website, another in the elevators, a third at the restaurant, nothing on the result. Instead of the promised paper disco, there were just bouncers - how to explain this to children who were waiting for one thing, but got another? The film "Cold Heart" was shown not on the announced day, but only the next. Then, instead of the movie "Cold Heart-2", an event for adult uncles was organized in the cinema hall. It turns out that money decides everything, I don't care about children! But I'm sorry, we also paid not only for accommodation, but also for animation. Yes, we turned on a movie for the kids in the lobby bar!!!! The image quality is zero, the sound is not audible, a crowd of people with suitcases and jackets block everything in general! How can I explain this to children??? On the 6th, they promised a meeting with Santa Claus - as a result, an inarticulate gnome squeezed into the crowd of visitors and no one understood anything! I have never seen such a disgusting recreation organization here, I come here regularly and have always recommended the sanatorium to my friends. But every year the impression deteriorates more and more. Speaking of gaming. Previously, an employee was sitting there and it was possible to leave the child. Now it's gone. Parents sit and graze their children. Many toys are broken, there is a terrible box with torn books and blunt pencils. It's blowing in the playroom, the kids are freezing. In the restaurant, pencils for children are traditionally not sharpened. We have to choose at least some so that the kids can draw while the adults are eating. In general, holidays with children are spoiled. The Internet worked so badly this time that we completely abandoned it. It's hard to get through, the WiFi is loading, but it's no use. Instead of a beautiful water wall, there is now a map of Russia. I'm not sure that it greatly decorated the entrance group. It was stated that the card from the room would be blocked at 15.00. At 14.30, the child was prescribed inhalation (10 minutes), and when we returned to the room, the door was ALREADY blocked. The reception said that this is such a program. Sorry, but any mid-level programmer will make the program so that the doors will be locked in time. Tea, we are not flying into space... In general, they paid twice as much for the holidays, but received half as much as they expected

There is enough food on the buffet, the quality of the food is also not bad, unless you are used to eating in gourmet restaurants. Nevertheless, there are also disadvantages that we have encountered. 1. we stood in line for a very long time at check-in, it took a lot of time to arrange the guests 2. very slow and not always available Wi-Fi 3. there are 2 people working in the lobby bar who tried very hard, there are no complaints about them, but they had to go to the kitchen for orders themselves and the guests had to wait for service for a very long time Well, in general, the rest was a success and I liked it, I recommend it

We met in Krasnaya Pakhra in 2021. Thank you so much for the holiday! Yes, there were problems, but they were solved when applying. Many thanks to the management of the resort and the booking department for understanding and support. It is felt that the team values its customers very much, keeps its word and, if possible, always meets them halfway. Check-in is instant, the room is clean, warm, cozy. The food is very tasty and even when we were late for lunch, the administrator Ivan, having scolded a little, allowed us to have lunch, despite the fact that the whole team was busy preparing for the New Year. Perhaps many people had questions about the organization of the holiday, but I saw that everyone tried very hard and by and large it was great! It would seem a trifle, but it was very nice to get a magnet for memory, to find champagne with tangerines in the room, to see smiling, friendly faces... We had a great holiday - swimming in the pool, skiing, walking around the territory and studying all the signs with information. We liked it and that's why I say THANK YOU and see you again!

I had a rest from 20.12.2020 to 30.12.20. A pleasant impression is formed from the first minutes of your stay in the sanatorium, where you are greeted as a long-awaited guest. The placement service works perfectly. Special thanks to the maid of the 5th floor Tatiana: the room was cleaned daily, all requests were fulfilled immediately.But the most important thing is the treatment. The medical base, which European resorts can envy, is modern, new. The medical staff greets you with a smile, kind words - and you immediately tune in to the positive.Words of gratitude to the physiotherapist Natalia Petrovna and the doctor Tatiana Grigorievna for the right treatment. The food in the restaurant is beyond praise. Every day a varied menu, excellent quality of dishes, friendly waiters and administrators (especially Ivan) - all this creates an atmosphere of comfort, unobtrusive and pleasant attention and service. Many thanks to the management of the sanatorium for the professional team and well-organized work. I want to come back again - this desire gives an assessment of the sanatorium better than words.

I had a rest from November 30 to December 7. First, what I liked. Good service to all staff, V.ch. at the reception. The business room has everything you need, cleaning every day. Medicine is at a good level. I really liked the territory. In the evening, it is well lit from all sides, it is pleasant to walk. A nice pool, very convenient, that works from morning to evening without restriction. The food is varied, lots of vegetables and fruits. Now, what I didn't like. It is not convenient to get by public transport. Arriving at the teply stan station, I searched for a long time where at least one of the buses listed on the website stops to get to 45 km. As a result, I was very tired of carrying a suitcase. The wish of the administration to consider the issue of transfer from the metro station Teply Stan and back for those arriving by public transport. I also want to note that there is practically no animation for adult vacationers. For all the time there were only movies in the evening. It was boring.

There were only two days. I would like to note that the resort employees themselves observe the rules of protection against the virus. But the guests are not required to follow the rules. The probability of getting sick is very high. There are no personal hygiene items in the rooms (razors, discs, bathing caps). This is with 4 stars. They need to be ordered by phone and wait. We went and picked it up ourselves a day later. Of the additional options, we wanted to rent a barbecue for 2 hours. It was freezing outside. We were offered a gazebo with a barbecue for 4 hours. There were only two of us. And it's very cold to stand outside for 4 hours. Tea and coffee in the room only on the first day. The rest of the time is available for a fee. This is with 4 stars!!!! Upon arrival, I had to turn on the mini bar, kettle, TV, while there is not enough wire to the outlet. There was an impression that no one was in the room before us. Convenient location, both by taxi or by car, and by public transport 2. The territory is small, but superbly organized: there is a mini zoo, a large-format swing, a skating rink, a sports ground, a suspended type, a pandapark, barefoot therapy, barbecue gazebos and awnings good for conferences - and almost everything is free 2. For children and adults, an excellent animation program for every day, workshops, discos, an excellent cinema hall, slot machines, table tennis, billiards, etc. 3. The food in the restaurant according to the buffet system is excellent, the choice, variety, lovingly cooked, every time the assistant chefs stand in the hall and cook with you,,the crown,, dish every meal. Plus wine in the evenings and champagne often fries in the morning) and! Live music! Saxophone or keys. Or a violin. Cool. Thematic days are often organized, for example, Thai cuisine, Tajik cuisine, etc. 4. Entertainment programs are unobtrusive and very diverse and interesting for children and adults 5. The territory, especially in the evenings, is beautifully equipped, everything is well-groomed, with lights and various refinements and photo zones 6. Frequent holidays and food on the street, kebabs, etc. to good music 7. Rooms - the service is perfect, everything is clean and on time, the mattresses are excellent, the linen and towels are perfect (hygiene products are available for a fee, so take them with you - it doesn't matter). 8. Everything is well planned on the territory and in the building itself - every piece of the visit works and brings benefits and joy 9. There is a lobby, it seems around the clock, and quite reasonable prices for what is being sold, including alcohol 10. The pool and the coaches are there - great! Plus aqua aerobics. And everything works until 10 pm and is included in the price! 11. Medical services - from massage to infinity and high quality, prices are not low, but the quality is excellent 12. My work conferences were held here many times, Nira sent her mother and her little son here, birthdays were celebrated here (they received compliments from the institution in the form of juices and fruits and cakes in the room) 13. Smoking - in rooms on huge balconies and throughout the territory 14. Near the old church - superskaya 15. Nearby 10-15 min walk - Dixie 16. Approximately from Friday to Sunday, check-in for four - 20-23 thousand. Not cheap, but it's worth it. The service and everything else is super! I recommend.

In the last couple of years, the consequences of many years of sedentary intellectual work began to remind themselves strongly, rather, they did not even let them forget for a minute)) The head ached just always, except with varying intensity. The neck did not turn without constant dull pain. There was a constant feeling of stiffness in the entire spine .The knees began to remind of themselves in spring and autumn. The nerves were playing pranks against the background of a pre - climactic state .The last six months, with small breaks, injections, injections, injections. I didn't have much hope for treatment, I just wanted to be in silence, alone, in nature. Fatigue just piled up and did not allow me to fully live. By chance, absolutely while searching for a solution on the Internet, I came across the website "Krasnaya Pakhra Resort". At first it seemed too expensive. Then I found a page with shares, there is a pension discount.(I am a working pensioner). It's already nice. Then I started reading reviews . There are of course as many people as there are opinions. But 90 percent of the reviews are good. Booking from the website is very simple and clear. I paid 30 percent of the prepayment and waited for the trip… And today I'm already going home. Two weeks have flown by. For me, the conclusion is this: every year I will come here for treatment. The nervous system was calmed down, I forgot about the pains in my head and neck by the end of the first week, the food is just excellent, the staff is trained, attentive and caring, the pool is just a fairy tale without restrictions on visits in duration and quantity, the medical base is modern and effective. And what kind of nature is around. The audience is very different. But it is unlikely that this place is party-entertaining, rather a place for rest, rehabilitation and relaxation. There are many pensioners and elderly people, many young mothers or couples with children. But I met all these people only in the restaurant hall. Even the procedures are so scheduled that you don't bother anyone, your entire schedule is recorded on the guest's card. The territory is closed, there are cameras everywhere, a feeling of complete security. Many thanks to the girls at the medical reception, who easily and naturally coordinate all the movements of the guests with a constant sincere smile. Your care and qualified help were waiting for me at any procedure. The maid service is also on top. Cleaning every day The bed was changed every three days. Restaurant workers, very young girls and boys. Well-mannered, trained, behaved correctly in all situations. Come, relax, enjoy the peace and quiet. And you are not looking for flaws. If there are any, they are so small and insignificant. There is nothing absolutely perfect in the world.)
